→  To Know The Father Means Relationship  ←

You are to remember the previous statement henceforth, for it is essential in grasping what this entire journey is all about.  Knowing is Relational.  Knowing means an intimate relationship. 

Now that we have been told what it is, we should now realize what it is not.   It is not Gnosticism as defined by the Hellenistic religions and philosophies the world teaches today.   All those who advocate such thinking are eating from the wrong tree.

Your paradigm tower has just started to shatter—for this is the idol which Jedihood is to tear down.

Now it is time to tell you the truth.

To Know, in the ancient Hebrew (as quoted above), means Yada (Yah-Dah).  This is also known as Yedah (Yeh-Dah), Yedi (Yeh-dee), and Yediah (Yeh-di-ah).  It is an action word which also means having a special, intimate connection (beloved). 

Here is a small excerpt listing of the Strong’s Concordance definition (H3045) of the word Yada:

• Be/Make Known
• Acknowledge
• Perceive
• Show/Tell
• Understanding
• Certainty
• Awareness
• Experience
• Advise/Counsel
• Revelation

And much more…

Those of you familiar with Star Wars culture should already recognize two distinct names within this word: Yoda and Jedi.  Yoda is the master of the Jedi, and means, in spiritual terms,  that intimate knowing is to master the knowing ones.

Who are these knowing ones?

To grasp this, let us state the Strong’s definition (H3260) of the word Yediy:

“Appointed, Jedi, an Israelite.”

Although the word is usually hidden in translations, this ancient knowing was also provided in translated names such as:

• Jedidiah (Yedidiyah, also known as Solomon, named by Nathan the prophet for the Father)
• Jedidah (Yediyah, the mother of Josiah, the last righteous king of Judah)
• Jediael (Yediael, the youngest son of the tribe of Benjamin whose sons were mighty men of valor, another was a mighty man with David)

There are many other variances:

• Jedaiah (priest)
• Jada
• Jadau
• Jaddua (Levite preist)
• Jehoiada (Yahu-Yada)
• Eliada (El-Yada)
• Eliadah
• Elidad

And others…

The letter J is a recent letter in English and originally was seen with the letter Y (similar to Jeremiah in reference to Yirmiyahu).   The Yedi were appointed seers and counselors to kings (such as Iddo the prophet).  Prior to the reign of kings, they were known as judges.

Is this not what the Jedi are in Star Wars?

Yet there is one critical difference with them compared to the Yedi in scripture.  That being The Force. 

The Force in Star Wars has manifested in three forms.  In the Original Trilogy, The Force was composed by both Light and Dark sides and were both part of the same power.  Eventually, with the Prequels, we were introduced to the concept of balance—an even distribution of weight between the two sides—as well as a scientific origin (midiclorians).  Later on, during the Sequel Trilogy, we learned that “The Force is Female” (as was clearly depicted on T-Shirts).  

Yes, the Force could definitely be seen as a trinity godhead (will let you put the names together). 

On the other hand… in the scriptures, we learn of two particular trees in Genesis.  One is called the Tree of Life, and the other is called The Knowledge of Good and Evil.  

In the script, the Torah (The Way) is also referred to as the Book of Life.  Given this, we should have a clear foundation as to what the Tree of Life is about.

As for the Knowledge of Good and Evil,  it is known as a mixed, defiled tree that was corrupted by the Adversary.

On Mount Carmel, Eliyahu (Elijah) challenged four hundred and fifty prophets by saying to the people, “How long will you be between two opinions?” The word opinion, in Hebrew, means divided.

The Force is literally of two opinions—it is divided as a Light side and a Dark side while being part of the same energy (or spirit).  It is no wonder this mantra is heard by cosplayers: “Two sides, one Force.”

In the Brit Chadashah (New Testament), James gives the following: “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.”

Yet The Way to the Father is of one tongue.   One.  His path is stable, sound, and very good.   Unlike The Force and its teachings, The Father, the source of all things, is a person we can relate with—for we are made in his image.  

Can you have a personal relationship with an energy field?   No!

And this is what brings us full circle.   To know the Father means relationship.   And, as with any relationship, it takes commitment, dedication, and daily sacrifice.   Intimacy requires maturity and growth.

This is the first lesson you are to learn before you begin your journey.   There are many other things that can be brought up, yet for now, let us take it one step at a time.

The Return to the Father

The Father has provided circuits specifically prepared for those who are at particular stages of growth.   For now, we will go ahead and share five of them below:  

 

Jedihood — The Original Series (March 2016 – March 2017)

A good, foundational place to start for those who are heavily involved with the fictional Jedi in Star Wars.   This could either be from means of entertainment (such as binging, toy collecting, and costume play) or religious/philosophical beliefs (such as Jediism, Jedi Realism, and Force Realism).

The video series starts off in a very sobering fashion, expecting the viewer to be in a state of humility and silence prior to continuing forward.   It acts as a visual demonstration which patiently transitions from fictional to scriptural.  

 

The Jedihood Message (January 2018 – Ongoing)
(A Manuscript Written with Specific Messages)

This particular format is for those who have already started a transition from the fictional entertainments and beliefs yet still need an outlet to help guide them along.  This can also be a compliment resource for those currently watching the Original Series.

The manuscript swiftly digs deep into themes brought up in the series, yet presents them more as a continual message specifically for daily reflection (hence its journalistic appearance).  It can be printed as a hard copy as well as viewed through various devices.

Jedisode is a brand new audio series created for those who grasp the Jedihood message although need further guidance while considering scripture.  Similar to the Jedihood Message, the series provides continual reflection while being presented in audio (instead of written) format.

This particular series is for those who have recently transitioned away from fictional thinking and are finally ready to delve into scripture.   Many themes from the previous resources are presented again yet with a much more mature tone.

The task of Swordfire is to help certain people get back to having an intimate relationship with the Father, pointing towards scripture with a renewed spirit and purpose.
