It is uncommon to speak out regarding specific instances in life, as Jedihood is a message which goes beyond personal experience. Yet through prayer, fasting, and meditative thought in his words, the Father has again revealed a deep cut within my spirit. A wound from many years ago.
It is based on a cruel injustice. A deep wrong that has not been made right.
Yet before going forward in faith with lightsaber in hand, this person must challenge the spirit and question the true motivation. Even though it is based on righteous living, is it the true catalyst for these actions? Is there an incentive primarily involved… one which desires attention, power, or financial success? Is there an animal still hidden within the man?
These are questions every true believer must ask, for the path is easily strayed. When going off to war, are we honestly placing the Father’s ways ahead of our own? Or do we seek to fight for our own name?
Although there may be injustices to address, we must not take personal vengeance against our oppressors. Let it be based on righteous judgment… for we must not forget that we have an intercessor who fights for us. Allow the Father to fight the battle.
Today, hear the words of Jahaziel to king Jehosphat speak when looking upon the enemy’s camp: “Be not afraid or dismayed by reason of this great multitude – for the battle is not yours, but Elohim’s. You shall not need to fight in this battle! Set yourselves, stand still, and see the salvation of Yah with you.”
“Fear not, nor be dismayed. Tomorrow, go out against them. For Yah will be with you.”
Although we fight with sabers of light, it is our reliance to the Father in heaven which grants true victory. Allow him to guide your actions… and trust in his ultimate will. For he knows all and sees all.
Are you willing to bend to him? Are you willing to open your wounds that they be healed?
Let us remember the courage of David when confronting Goliath, the Philistine of Gath. As he declared so many years ago, let all of this assembly know that the Father saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is his.
He will give them unto our hands.
