Tau — An Understanding

Some days ago shared an insight with Aharon regarding the Hebrew letter Tau (Taw, Tav) and its influence in the world.

Eventually, as all religions, they start worshiping the sign instead of what the sign is pointing to.   Take for instance the brazen serpent on the pole which was removed by King Hezekiah during the days of Yeshayahu (Isaiah).  Moshe had originally put this up so that the infirmities could be placed upon the serpent (similar to the scapegoat), although the symbol started to be worshiped in which people bowed to and presented gifts.

It is interesting to note the serpent in the garden was said to have glittered when it flew.  Most likely the brazen serpent glittered as well.

In Hebrew, it is the letter "T" (or X) is the last letter in the aleph-bet.  Tau is a symbol of sign, mark, destination, and covenant (agreement).  Yahshua, referring to himself as Aleph and Tav, came from the Father... and was destined to the mark of covenant and suffer punishment of its brokenness.   This was done in order to save his people.

This is similar to when a contract is signed on the bottom in which an X is placed near the signature.  In Revelation,  for instance, there are marks put on his chosen people as well as those of the beast mentality.   Marks were placed on animals to clarify their destination.  Much more though could be said about this.

Another example—Tao (Taoism) was not originally an Eastern idea.  It has been there for some thousand years although the origin comes many years prior.   People made a religion from worshiping the path they created and make marks towards their destination.   That is why it is known as the way.   With that said, there are many ways that seem right to a man... yet in the end leads to death.  So is the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Religions usually take understandings of the ancients to build power bases to control thought, including Christianity.  This is why it is important to go back to the origin  and grasp its indented meaning.
